The purpose of this non-profit, voluntary Association shall be to promote welfare of the residents of the University Heights Subdivision to promote the improvement of all public facilities and services within Clarke County, Georgia to promote and encourage community spirit and further good will among all residents of the Subdivision, to work with public officials and with other community agencies and organizations, and to collect funds necessary to accomplish any of the above purposes.
